Do you sell worldwide?
No - Squishiverse currently only sells to the UK.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once dispatched, please allow 3-5 business days for standard delivery.
We appreciate your patience and will always provide tracking information where available. This will be provided once your order is dispatched along with a confirmation email.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
My tracking hasn’t updated yet
Tracking updates can sometimes take a few days to appear after shipment, especially in transit.
If your tracking hasn’t updated after a few business days, feel free to contact us and we’ll gladly assist you.
What if my package is delayed?
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional courier delays may happen.
If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we’ll help investigate the shipment.
I entered the wrong shipping address
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address before dispatch.
